Program Erasmus+
European Union funds, especially the Erasmus+ Programme, offer a unique opportunity to obtain funding for personal and professional development through trips abroad. With us, you can implement a project in Belgium - Antwerp or in Ireland - Cork, and if you don't have a grant yet, we will assist you in writing the application.
Erasmus is a programme that offers grants for the educational sector, vocational training, adult individuals (seniors, associations), athletes and sports clubs, as well as many other individuals and institutions. Beneficiaries can receive a grant covering 100% of eligible costs!

Preparing and implementing a project can be a significant undertaking, which is why we offer support in the project implementation process to meet the market's needs. We operate in accordance with the guidelines of Erasmus standards and comply with the specifications for each project.
We can offer end-to-end project management. This comprehensive management service encompasses modules:
- Needs assessment
- Surveys with evaluation
- Documentation management with audit
- Scheduling with planning and logistics
- Project implementation

- Project settlement
- Reporting
The service can be provided comprehensively or in selected modules. With comprehensive support, the Beneficiary gains the outsourcing of project coordination service - our Coordinator will take on the responsibilities of coordinating collaboration with supervisory bodies and the Funding Authority (NA, OP, UW).
We provide periodic and summarizing checks of the Beneficiary's documentation. Upon request, we will analyze the scope of the specified documents and identify weaknesses or gaps. Thanks to our analysis, you won't have to worry about audits! The audit can be conducted as part of the project management service at no additional cost or as a separate service.
The TIMMS team will create customized project document templates upon request. With years of experience, we can provide full support for the Beneficiary's documentation.

We offer preparatory courses directly tailored to the beneficiary's application objectives. If teachers at the beneficiary's school are burdened with professional duties, TIMMS will organize preparatory training. The training can cover all modules or selected ones, for example:
- General language module
- Professional language module (advertising, administration and economics, logistics, photography and multimedia, graphic design with printing and others)
- Cultural training module
- Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) module
The training can take place either in-person or online.
Beneficiaries are institutions burdened with heavy responsibilities, and employees often have limited time. Sometimes, the Beneficiary cannot execute purchases due to payment methods. Hence, you can entrust us with project-related purchases and services! Specify the budget for the purchase of goods or services, the conditions arising from the application/financial agreement, and the intended purpose. TIMMS will take care of the rest. Goods purchase is tied to delivery to the Beneficiary's premises.

Thanks to our analysis, you won't have to worry about project documentation.

The service of organizing conferences, festivals, or other events within a project is often a task that burdens the Beneficiary with numerous responsibilities and consumes valuable time. TIMMS will organize the event according to project specifications. Additionally, event organization can include additional promotion before and after the event.

We will arrange safe transportation, catering, venue, and additional attractions. We will coordinate the event from start to finish within the agreed budget and application parameters. As part of additional services, upon request, we can provide promotional and/or conference merchandise or arrange audio equipment/photodocumentation for the event.
Organizing and selling promotional and advertising materials, supporting the dissemination of project activities. A significant endeavor in project implementation is the promotion and dissemination of project activities. With TIMMS, you can not only order a set of merchandise or promotional materials, but we can also plan an entire advertising campaign, and project information can be featured on our blog.
Support in project implementation. We are aware of the limitations and challenges in budget management in education and order fulfillment.
