We provide Project Management services in both the private and public sectors. We operate in both Polish and English languages. The services we offer are executed with attention to quality procedures and regulations applicable in the respective sector.
Private Sector
Are you interested in sending employees on a foreign training trip or integrating your staff, but don't have time to browse through accommodation and transportation options? TIMMS will handle the travel arrangements for your company!

We will arrange safe transportation, accommodation, catering, cultural program, and additional attractions. We will coordinate the trip from start to finish. Upon request, we can provide promotional and/or conference merchandise. For trips to exotic countries, we can arrange necessary medical services (e.g., vaccinations) before entering the respective country, upon additional request.

Additional requests can also include pre-event promotion and participant recruitment.

Decide whether the training should be held in-person or online. Our training sessions are tailored to the current situation and company needs. Public Sector
The service includes logistics management, purchasing, scheduling, report preparation, project promotion, and supervision of visualization. The service does not include project audit and documentation development.
In terms of audit, we conduct analyses of documentation, budget management, SWOT calculations, risk assessment, and alignment of project implementation with objectives. Through this analysis, you'll discover any documentation gaps, how to manage resources in line with project goals, and whether the documentation is correct both formally and substantively.
This service provides comprehensive support in managing all aspects related to logistics during project implementation. It includes planning, coordination, and monitoring of logistics activities such as transportation, supplying participants with necessary materials, organizing accommodation, catering, and conducting training abroad.
